Our client, well respected in the Home Rental Appliance business based in Frankston are seeking an allrounder to work as a part of a small team and take on the following duties:

  • Delivery and installation of goods to customers
  • General Handyman tasks including white goods, TV, IT and furniture repairs
  • Where appropriate, co-ordination of repairs with external contractors
  • Extensive Customer Service both in person and over the phoneWarehouse duties including stock inventory control, maintenance on returned rental goods and keeping floor stock sorted and tidy
  • Purchasing
  • Completion of paperwork to finalise rental contracts with customers

 The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to build rapport with new and existing customers is essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Numeracy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good handyman/repair skills in all or some of the whitegoods, IT and/or furniture sectors would also be highly regarded
  • Physically fit (some lifting required) 

Clean and current Drivers Licence essential

Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5pm.
