Our client a well established business on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a full time Procurement Coordinator.

Duties include:

  • Preparation of Quotations
  • Maintenance of supplier relationships
  • Stock forecasting (alongside Managing Director and Sales Manager)
  • Maintenance of stock levels
  • Proactive understanding of supplier stock levels
  • Placement of Education / corporate orders against suppliers / distributors
  • Order Tracking with appropriate team / end users notified of any changes or delays
  • Update CRM through entire ordering process and ensure data integrity
  • Tracking of deliveries and fulfilment in line with client expectations
  • Portals – closing and ordering portals
  • Ensure portal 100% fulfillment in line with set deadlines
  • Coordinate accessories portal orders
  • Managing Live Chat for Portals
  • Answer client phone enquiries
  • Backup for sales and service incoming phone calls
  • Support of ZIP money orders
  • Manage offshore staff member and oversee the below tasks:
  • Quote and order Service department spare parts and replacement units
  • Order all Insurance /ADP
  • Register all warranties

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Proven Procurement Coordination experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to liaise with people on all levels
  • High level organisational skills
  • Able to multi task
  • Computer literate
  • A quick learner
  • Energetic
  • Well presented
  • 100% reliable

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am – 5pm

Salary: $55K – $65K (depending on experience)
