Our client is a fun, friendly and rapidly growing Commercial Real Estate business based in Carrum Downs. They are seeking an Accounts Administrator to handle all aspects of Accounts Administration within Property Management.

Duties include:

  • Print off CPI increases quarterly give to PM’s
  • Print off fixed increases monthly give to PM’s
  • Enter rent increases and produce letters for landlords and tenants
  • Write to water authority advising of management
  • Write to council advising of management
  • Write to owners corporation advising of management
  • Ensure landlord building insurance has been obtained and charged
  • Enter outgoings all % splits to be located on front screen and property landlord tab
  • Entering creditor invoices
  • Enter outgoings
  • Reconciliations with rent/ payment disputes
  • Entering incoming tenant adjustments for new managements
  • Preparing final accounts and adjustments
  • Following up on unpresented cheques
  • Receipting of sales deposits and processing accounts sales
  • Receipting
  • End of month
  • Bank reconciliation and receipting
  • Bond lodgments and bond recall
  • Processing landlord payments / statements
  • Issuing tenant tax invoices
  • Creditor payments Credit card payments
  • Answer queries from landlords and tenants
  • General client assistance and team support with financial issues
  • Problem solving with accounts issues
  • Cover when trust Accountant is away

Skills/Experience required:

  • REIV Licence
  • Real Estate experience

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm

Salary: $60K – $65K (depending on experience)
