Our client – a well-established and respected company is the provider of debt free equity release solutions for Senior Australians. They are seeking a warm and engaging Mobile Consultant to be the trusted ‘face’ of their successful business and assist Seniors’ access their wealth tied up in their homes allowing them the opportunity to live financially independent without the need to downsize.

This role will predominately be servicing clients in the Mornington Peninsula area.


•  Conducting appointments with customers in their home
•  Acquiring and obtaining a full understanding and brief of the customer’s needs on an individual basis
•  Managing the whole process of facilitating the customer’s transaction including the appropriate documentation
•  Abiding to internal compliance and legal requirements
•  Preparing and recording concise notes and reporting on the respective customer portfolio
•  Completing data entry of customer information and transactions

Experience/Skills required:

•  Sound and extensive experience ideally within a Property / Real Estate or Legal capacity
•  Extensive and proven history of one on one and / or needs based Customer Service
•  Excellent communicator both written and verbal
•  Ability to build rapport, trust with clients and manage the whole process from start to finish
•  Able to engage, listen and obtain a clear understanding of customer needs
•  A high level of integrity in protecting both the customer and Company
•  Patient, empathetic and able to execute guidance in a genuine, sincere manner
•  Effectively communicate difficult concepts in a simple manner and able to handle difficult conversations
•  Able to problem solve and pivot discussion if needed to meet customer needs/situation
•  A positive approach and ‘can do’ attitude
•  Well organised and excellent time management skills
•  Can work both independently and in team
•  High level attention to detail and accuracy
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office
•  Well presented
•  Punctual and reliable
•  Clean driver’s licence and reliable car

Salary: $90K – $100K (depending on experience)
