 Our client, a second generation manufacturing business in recycled plastic packaging products is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant/ Stores Person to manage and coordinate all aspects of their Warehouse functions.  

Duties include :

  • Pick / packing
  • Despatch of goods
  • Managing incoming delivery of containers and all consignments
  • Unloading/loading stock
  • Checking, recording and labelling stock
  • Data entry of delivery slips, requisitions and invoice
  • Inventory control and stock take
  • Forklift driving
  • Assisting in Supervision of casual /contract staff
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
  • Heavy lifting involved

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Warehouse/Stores experience 
  • Data Entry skills
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Computer literate in MS Office, CRM and Warehouse Inventory Management systems
  • High level attention to detail and 100% accuracy
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Well organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to operate independently and within a team
  • Energetic, flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
  • 100% reliable and punctual
  • Physically fit (some heavy lifting)
  • Well presented
  • Forklift licence
  • Must have clean driver’s license, own transport

.Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm

Salary:  $60K (depending on experience)

 Must live locally to the Mornington Peninsula / City of Frankston / Bayside suburbs and / or

surrounding areas
