This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate who lives within a reasonable distance to the Bayside/South Eastern suburbs and is looking for a stable, local based role. 

Our client, a well-established family-owned business in the concrete construction industry is seeking an experienced Estimator.   

Duties include:

• Estimating functions        
• Reading plans
• Steel scheduling
• Liaising with internal and external customers

The successful applicant will possess:

• Experience in Estimating/Construction industry and or concreting/steel reinforcement background
• CFA Piling experience 
• Engineering background an advantage 
• White card   
• Organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability
• Clear communication, negotiation & relationship building skills
• Experience with construction project software would be desirable
• IT skills
• Ability to take instruction 
• Willing to learn
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Able to work independently
• Motivated and driven
• Current driver's licence

Days : Monday to Friday 

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Salary: $90K - $95K (depending on experience)
