A well-established, organisation is seeking a Front End Loader Operator to join their progressive and successful team.

Responsibilities:
- Operation of loader machines and equipment
- Ensure the operating procedures are followed
- Monitor machines and troubleshoot to ensure quality and performance are maintained
- Scheduling maintenance and service on the loader
- Ensuring bulk handling of raw materials and finished goods are in accordance with daily KPI’s
- Noting all raw material requirements to the Inventory Controller
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Perform any other duties as directed by Production Manager.
Experience/Skills required:
- Previous Front End Loader experience
- OH & S experience
- Attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to take instruction
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Punctuality, flexibility and honesty
- Self-motivated
- Reliable and committed
- A solid work ethic
- Physically fit
- The ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Front End Loader ticket a must
- Forklift licence/experience an advantage
- Clean drivers licence
Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday: 5.00am to 1.30pm (with 30 minute unpaid meal break)
Friday: 5.00am to 11.00am (with no meal break by agreement)
Hourly Rate: $32 to $33 (depending on experience)
The successful candidate will be subject to a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
