Responsibilities:

• Warm calling existing clients to upsell and cross sell
• Building and maintaining rapport with existing clients
• Cold calling businesses to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Arranging quotations
• Meet and exceed sales budgets and KPI’s

About you:

• Previous experience in internal sales, B2B and customer service
• Confident in outbound warm and cold calling
• Sales driven with ability to meet sales budgets/KPI’s
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate with an attention to detail
• Well organised and ability to prioritise work load
• High level of Microsoft Office skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team setting
• ‘Can do’ approach
• Reliable and punctual
• Driver’s licence and car

Salary: $30 – $32 per hour (depending on experience) PLUS super PLUS commission.

Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm (some flexibility across 4 days)
